There's more to it though! Your coach is there to cheer you on and celebrate your successes every step of the way
(even on the days you might not believe in yourself).
How much does personal training cost?
The cost depends on on which program you select and how frequently you want to workout.

How long does it take to see results with personal training?
The amount of time between starting training and seeing results varies based on your fitness level and abilities
when you start, your consistency, and your individual goals.
Many people will feel and see general improvements in strength and endurance within a few weeks, while more significant transformations may take months.
What should I expect during my first training session?
It starts with a friendly chat! We'll talk about your health history, review any health concerns or limitations, and we'll discuss your goals! Then we'll start a fitness assessment during which you get to try some basic exercises and your fitness coach will assess your movement, strength abilities, and general fitness level. From there, your coach will create a personalized plan to help you move from where you are now to your first set of goals.
