What is movement training?

Maintaining mobility is a key factor in aging well. Movement training improves mobility by improving muscle strength, coordination, and neuromuscular control in unison. The result? Your body moves as one cohesive unit and you have a better and longer life!

Our programs and our studio are designed movement training with plenty of open space and strength building equipment.

Think free weights, exercise bands, medicine balls, step and plyometric boxes, yoga blocks, and more!

What's missing? Treadmills and stationary bikes because you'll never be asked to run or bike a mile as part of your workout.
